(More customer reviews)well, I almost didnt buy this car seat because of all the bad reviews everyone left. but I went to [...] and they had the same product (for $[...] more) on display, so I buckled my baby in there. And I thought it was great. SO I ordered it. the day it arrived my husband and I installed it and went for a drive.
So far....

1. we havent had any problem with the straps twisting
2. Our baby looks very comfortable, her head isnt pushed forward or flopping around.
3. the car seat cover IS removable

It is kinda big...for those of you with 3 in car seats it would be hard to fit them all in one car

We are very pleased with this car seat, and so is our little girl she looks so happy in it (before we got this car seat she would scream and cry the whole way!)

Dont listen to those peope who gave this car seat a bad review, because it is a great car seat, especially for the money!
